Why can’t people drive?

I’m angrier than a laptop user whose computer’s fan has crapped out over this next story.  You see, yesterday, a six-year-old boy died in Utah when the trailer towing an empty flatbed trailer met up with a semitruck.  They collided and that was the end of the road for the poor kid.

The kid died at the scene while both drivers were rushed to the hospital.  There are questions here.  Why did the driver of the kid’s vehicle swerve into the opposing lane on a highway?  Why did a kid die because of a driver’s actions?

I have to wonder what’s going through the mind of the driver who crept into the wrong lane.  Do they care?  Do they regret what they did?

Who knows?
