Music Video Pick of The Week: Born This Way, Lady Gaga

I’m angrier than a guy who misses the old days of when MTV actually played music videos over this next video.  I’m angry at myself for choosing it, but I’m doing it for what I feel is a good reason.  This video, like my previous choices, is old.  That’s because today’s videos are a mockery of artistry.

This week’s pick?  Born This Way, by Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, better known under the gibberishish moniker Lady Gaga.  This would normally be the part where I’d post a link to the music video, but as you will read, I have a good reason to refuse to link to it.  You can go find it on your own if you feel the need.  But take a steaming hot shower after you do so.

The video was picked because of its unacceptable message and, because it’s Pride Month, it’s important to emphasize how filthy, disgusting and sexually deviant the LGBT message is.  As a Catholic, I cannot stand idly by and pretend that Pride Month is acceptable without saying or writing something.

No matter how much I may want to, I will not vandalize or destroy pride flags nor anything else that uses pride colors.  I think such filth should be wiped off the planet, but unfortunately, lawmakers are sheep and they’ve made doing such things hate crimes.  But if I thought I could get away with it, I’d destroy it all, but with cameras everywhere, it’s not worth the legal peril.

The sick lifestyles associated with LGBT are nothing to be proud of.  Even if you’re not Catholic, you are, if you’re worth anything, a Christian and a true Christian stands in opposition to anything that glorifies LGBT.

I don’t know how the non-Christian “religions” feel about homosexuality, but one can’t stand for God or whatever other deity while at the same time defending gay/bi/trans filth.

This video is, as you might imagine me saying, a disgusting video.  At first listen, the song seems as if it has a good beat and a good sound to it, but one has to listen to the message that is being delivered.  It’s kind of like Satan, Adam and Eve.

In this analogy, Lady Gaga is Satan and LGBT people are Adam and Eve.  They were tempted and they chose the LGBT lifestyle, completely shunning the proper choice, which is heterosexuality or, at the very least, asexuality.  For their evil choices, they will burn if they refuse to repent or reconcile.

Here’s what Satan is trying to do: he’s trying to make sin appear attractive with tempting beats and lyrics as a means to lure people into sin.  Condoning LGBT+ is as bad as, if not worse than, living the lifestyle and anyone who supports this week’s song is living a life of sin.

The message given in this video is an evil one to anyone with morals.  The devil always tries to make bad things appear good and that’s what’s happening here.  People are following Satan by their actions or by their support of such actions.  It’s almost to the point of being unforgivable.

The message in the song is that God makes no mistakes and as a result, people are beautiful no matter who they are, which is an obvious nod to the sinful, disgusting LGBT+ world.  She goes on to say that the lifestyle is “on the right track,” which of course it most certainly not.

But let’s take a deeper look at the lyrics.  If I’m going to discuss something so morally reprehensible, I should go into some detail, shouldn’t I?

“You were born this way, baby.”

To me, that’s an obvious approval of the homosexual, bisexual and transgender lifestyles, and that simply should not stand in a nation that’s supposedly one nation under God.  You can’t be a Christian and gay/bi/trans, etc.  Also, no one is born that way.  Homosexuality, bi-sexuality, GLBT, etc. are chosen and chosen sins.  Not to mention immoral.

“There’s nothing wrong with loving who you are.”

In most cases, that would be a life-affirming message. But in this case, the message is that if a LGBT person is that way, then there’s absolutely something wrong with loving who you are.  It’s abnormal, immoral and absolutely disgusting and there’s nothing to love about that.

“He made you perfectly.”

Absolutely not true.  Homosexuality, bisexuality, transgenderism and other perversions are not examples of being made perfectly.  Such lifestyles are not Christian.  Homosexuality has been banished by God since before biblical times.  Sodom and Gomorrah, anyone?

I’m beautiful in my way, ‘cuz God makes no mistakes.

Again, that’s not so.  God made no mistakes when He created humanity.  Men were born men and women were born women and that’s the way it was.  Mankind took it upon itself to choose to be gay or bi and chose to change genders just because one wants to.  That’s not what God intended and everyone who lives those lifestyles will be judged as guilty at some point and then there will be weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth.

“Whether life’s disabilities let you outcast, bullied or teased, rejoice and love yourself today.”

That goes for any disability: mental disorders, blindness, deafness, physical handicap, whatever.  But LGBT is not a disability.  It’s chosen.

“No matter gay, straight or bi, lesbian, transgender life…”

I agree with the straight part, but no, there can be no condoning of gay, bi, lesbian and transgender lifestyles.

If it weren’t for these disgusting messages, this would have been an excellent video.  Artistic, well-choreographed and visually pleasing (even though it glorifies sin!), this video obviously took a lot of time to be produced, and under normal circumstances, I’d be applauding the video.  Instead, I find myself writing about it, even though I’m giving the LBGT+ crowd free publicity.  But it’s a price every writer must pay at some point in their lives.

Back when I ran a radio station, back when this song was first released, I banished it immediately.  Of course, people called in requesting it, but I made sure that the on-air staff knew that playing it would result in immediate termination.  No one tested me.  I refused to allow filth on my airwaves.

The listeners were told we were unable to gain the rights to play it.  They didn’t need to know the truth, the truth being that of course we had the proper licenses.  I withheld the truth because then they would have run to our advertisers, crying about discrimination and bigotry, when in reality it was about keeping the station decent.

So there you have it.  This week’s pick is a video that never should have been made in the first place.  Excuse me, I have to go puke now.
