Give her the max!

Not many attorneys would put their name out there in defense of a client who stands accused of sexually abusing a two-year-old child.  Some attorneys feel that their client’s actions were “blown out of proportion.”  Some attorneys feel that such people are worthy of having an attorney in their corner.

Well, folks, here’s who feels that way: one Marissa Rose Koerner, a Barnegat, New Jersey scumbag public defender who is happily defending a client who has been accused of very sexual crimes against a very young child.  Allegedly, there is Snapchat footage that caught Victoria Cranmer in the act.  The evidence is so strong that not only was she arrested and charged, but she was thrown into jail with absolutely no bond whatsoever.  At least the judge saw through Koerner’s disgusting defense and saw through Cranmer’s clearly fake tears.

Well, maybe her tears aren’t fake, but those tears are for herself, not for the child she allegedly traumatized.  Based on the accusations, it’s  my belief that Cranmer is sexually attracted to toddlers.  She wouldn’t have been arrested if  prosecutors had enough evidence.  Therefore, we should all, I believe, consider her guilty.  Some accusations don’t mandate a trial. This is one of those times.

What kind of attorney calls an accusation of sexual crimes against a child a situation that is “blown out of proportion.”?  I have to wonder if  she has kids.  If she does and someone does the same to that kid (and I hope no one does, for the child’s sake) can I say “oh, it was blown out of proportion!”?  Koerner is, in my opinion, an awful human being who deserves ridicule and scorn from her community and the world as a whole.

“Children often engage in funny, spontaneous or strange behavior that adults record because the moment is memorable or humorous.  The video has been blown out of proportion.”  Those words came out of Koerner’s mouth. I guess it’s okay that her client’s accused of essentially making child porn. And what’s worse is that, by virtue of allegedly putting it on Snapchat, Cranmer fully intended to have people watch it.   Maybe Koerner thinks child porn and other crimes against children are “memorable or humorous.”

Koerner is with the New Jersey Office of The Public Defender, Ocean County Region.  Sounds to me like there are others just like her or even worse than her.

Cranmer deserves no defense and should be thrown into prison for the rest of her life with no parole.  Then, she’ll get all the sexual abuse she can handle, whether she wants it or not.   But don’t worry, folks: it’ll be blown out of proportion.  Her alleged victim is a female, which says to me that she’s into women, so she should have no problem with the treatment she’ll get in prison and the treatment that she’s hopefully getting right now in county jail.

The best part is that no one can save Cranmer with bail money.  If someone does something to her, it’d hopefully save a lot of money that would otherwise be spent on her trial.  I’m not encouraging that, but people like this tend to not do well in confinement when accused of the things that she is being accused of.   I hope that that is the case for her.

As for her public defender, I wish nothing but evil upon her.  No decent attorney would ever defend such a person.  Yes, yes, I get it. She’s a PD and has no choice.  She had a choice.  She had the opportunity to stand of what’s right and refused to take the case.  Still, I can understand that she was forced into it and may actually be disgusted.

That is, of course, until you read what she said.  All she had to do, however, is walk away and hang a shingle.  Then she can choose to turn people like Cranmer away.  But, no, she apparently is on board with people who do awful things to children.

Again, I understand that this disgusting human being (if she even is one) is doing something she may not want to be doing.  But any support that I would have given her is gone, given that she said that apparent sexual abuse is “blown out of proportion.”  Oh, yes, calling it an “innocent interaction” tells me all I need to know  about her. Those two things were it as far as I’m concerned.

Well.

While the details of the case are not fully known at this moment, based on what I’ve read about this story, and based on the Snapchat video that the prosecutors presented to the judge, the “innocent interaction” involves Cranmer sitting on a toilet, allowing and likely encouraging the child to touch her genitals. First, she clearly let the child into the bathroom.   That alone should do it.  Her public defender apparently tried to say that it’s okay to allow a child to touch an adult sexually.

I find it impossible to believe that a toddler would initiate sexual contact.  But what if she did?  The onus was on Cranmer to immediately stop  it.   Clearly, she liked it and seemingly encourage the child to touch her.  That was not an innocent anything.  Nothing was blown out of proportion.  As far as I’m concerned, take her to prison.  No trial necessary here.

Hopefully, as word spreads of what kind of people she defends, she’ll lose everything and everyone she has and loves.  Actually, she is a dirty human being.  She also defended a man who allegedly attempted to kill his family.  She tried the mental illness card, the tool of a scumbag.  I’m willing to bet she’d defend anyone for anything.

She seems to be that kind of awful person, a person who should be shunned to the point where the cable company comes over to retrieve their equipment, the power company cuts her off and her landlord evicts her.   Business owners should turn her away and, if she suffers a medical emergency, people should absolutely turn a blind eye and a deaf ear.  I am CPR and AED certified and I can confirm that I’d just stand there, watching her die. I don’t save people who defend people accused of horrible crimes that have rock-solid evidence.

The judge put it mildly:

“The word to describe it is ‘bizarre.’  I find it to be troubling there wasn’t any attempt to stop the child from touching her.”

The reason that Cranmer didn’t stop the child, assuming that the child initiated (yeah, right),  is, to me, because she’s sexually attracted to children.  That’s the only thing I can come up with.  Those sorts of people do not belong in society, for the safety of all children.

As for Cranmer, even with a plea deal that shouldn’t be allowed, she’ll be serving prison time.  Again, there is a lot of video evidence against her, so the fact that the prosecution filed says to me that she’s guilty as charged and there’s no need for a trial.  Just let the deputies at the jail leave her in a locked room with the child’s parents for just five minutes, and let that outcome be true justice.
