I’m angrier than a landlord whose tenants just disappeared overnight because of all the things that make me angry, I mean, really irate are drunken drivers. One family found out in the most tragic way how one drunken scumbag can wipe out a whole family in seconds.
In the blink of an eye, a Louisiana family lost three siblings. Lindy, 20, Christopher, 17, and Kamryn Simmons, 15, all died when a drunkard decided to drive the wrong way. That decision impacted an entire family, and for what? A drink that the driver couldn’t wait for?
John Lundy was the drunk driver in question. The sad part is that he too died. Normally, that would be welcome news, but guess what? Now the family won’t have justice. They’ll never see him be convicted and imprisoned. Lundy got out of accountability the easy way.
Hopefully, Lundy’s death was slow and painful. He didn’t deserve an instantaneous death. But I guess the one good thing about this is that there’s one less drunken scumbag on the roads in Louisiana.
