Day One

When I am elected as your 76th mayor, Albany, I will be ready and raring to go, even on Day One.  Here’s what will happen on Day One under my leadership.

  • My inauguration will be quick and cheap.  I will take the oath on the steps of City Hall.  Quick, easy, no taxpayer dollars wasted.  I will then walk indoors and get to work.
  • I will immediately release Acting Police Chief Brendan Cox and his cronies without further argument.  I will have my own leadership who will take charge immediately. I will immediately suspend specific detectives with intent to terminate.
  • I will sign an Executive Order immediately shutting down DEI in Albany.
  • I will sign an Executive Order designating the LGBT flag that’s painted onto Lark Street a public nuisance and I will order that it be painted over by 5:00 p.m.
  • I will immediately end panhandling.
  • I will announce my bold and pioneering plan to address the issue of homeless persons and the associated eyesore and public safety factors.
