The copyright laws here in the United States are strict and creators’ rights are definitely defended.

As I am compliant with copyright laws, there will be some limitations on what I publish on this website.

• All written content will be in compliance with the fair use provision of the copyright law.  This means that excerpts from source articles will be snippets with citations and links as opposed to posting copyrighted materials in their entirety, unless express written consent is given from the copyright holder.
• Photographs that are published will likewise be in compliance and credited.  This means that, for the most part, any photographs published here will be either in the public domain or published with the consent of the copyrighted material.
• If consent for a photograph or written material is not given by the time the article is posted, that article will simply go without being published.
