I hate bikers and I always have. That includes ATV’s and dirt bikes. I am glad when bad things happen to them. I especially hate bikers who injure innocent people. So it is with Austin Breyette, a scumbag biker who almost murdered Alexa Kropf, an innocent UAlbany student who happened to find herself in Breyette’s malicious and calculating path of destruction.
Breyette plowed into her last year with such force that her body was ripped from her shoes. She was in a medically-induced coma for weeks and all because Breyette wanted to take an innocent victim out. Why am I not saying “allegedly” here? Because he’s been convicted of second-degree assault, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and tampering with physical evidence.
He was operating his motor bike in the wrong direction at a rate of speed at or exceeding 50 miles per hour. Rather than stop and render aid and then accept accountability, the coward fled the scene. He then tried to cover his tracks by disappearing his bike, selling his car and scrubbing his social media accounts.
This scumbag tried to portray himself as the victim on the stand, claiming that Kropf was responsible for what happened. It’s just like a biker to blame the victim and refuse to accept accountability. Well, folks, accountability was forced upon him. He has been convicted on all counts and faces a maximum sentence of up to almost two decades in prison. That sentencing is set for December 18th.
It’s bad enough that Kropf is paying the price for his actions, but numerous reports indicate that he mouthed obscenities towards the victim’s family as he walked out of court. I truly believe that Breyette did that. Yes, this guy is out walking the streets right now. Oh, no, wait, he’s probably out 0n the streets on a different dirt bike, trying to satisfy his bloodlust by, I allege, mercilessly hunting down his next victim.
His horrid attorney has tried to distract people by claiming that his client didn’t say anything. One Jasper Mills seems to think that’s okay for bikers to now down innocent victims. Mills apparently thinks that it’s okay for his client to harass his victim’s family members. Well, birds of a feather will flock together.
Just by looking at his client, I posit that you can tell Mills is the sort of slime that would do something like that. What kind of a monster would defend this guy? Maybe a guy who was put under scrutiny for allegedly having something to do with a witness against a different client receiving a death threat.
Given that Mills defends a guy who almost slaughtered an innocent girl, it is to me quite possible that he’d potentially try to scare off a witness. Just one look at him makes one wonder how he passed the fitness test. If Mills is horrible enough to defend this pathetic biker, then I absolutely believe that he was involved in some way or another with the alleged threat.
Yes, yes, even an awful human being such as Breyette is entitled to a defense attorney, but that does not mean that any self-respecting attorney should take the case. I can only come to the conclusion that Mills is that sort of attorney.
What of Mills, anyway? A simple Google search shows that Mills has made quite the name for himself, and not in a good way. It actually makes sense that slime would defend slime. He has his own tiny law firm. No website (because of course not!), but his firm has itself a Facebook page. People are calling him out there. Good.
On Mills’ Facebook page, he can be found angrily calling out for justice for a client who seems to have been wronged in the same way that Krupf has been. “Somebody has to pay for what happened to this boy and I’m going to make sure that happens. Nobody deserves to be essentially tortured like Antonio was.” That’s what this monster wrote!
Well, someone has to pay for what happened to the victim. The prosecutors and jury made sure that that happened. No one deserves to be tortured the way Breyette tortured his victim. His comment sure didn’t age well, did it? No, it didn’t.
What’s scary is that Mills wants to be a family court judge. I really don’t think anyone will vote for this vile monster of a man, if he can even be called a man. His campaign website is conveniently down, just like his firm’s website is gone. This is why no one should take him seriously.
Remember when I said that I hate bikers? If you take a moment and read this page, you can see what I did to a biker many years ago. I have never regretted doing it and I hope to get the opportunity to one day do it again.
Hopefully, Breyette gets the maximum. Thankfully, the jury got it right. Let’s see if the judge truly holds him accountable or if he lets him slide with a cake walk sentence. Let’s hope the judge is on the right side of history.
In the interest of being at least a little fair, I have reached out to Mills to see if he can comment on why both he and his client are both such clear monsters. I won’t be expecting a response, however, because cowards never do respond.
I’ll bet Mills and his client have been laughing about this the whole time. I can only hope that both Breyette and Mills and/or one or more of their family members gets mowed down by another biker who does the exact same thing that Breyette did.
Then we’ll see how they feel. But then again, monsters are incapable of feeling things.
