Earlier this month, I wrote an article that discussed medical staff impeding ACE agents’ efforts to capture an illegal in California. It happened at Ontario Advanced Surgery Center in California. A few employees took it upon themselves to protect the illegal and they are now finding that justice is about to be served…to their detriment.
Now before you go wringing your hands and crying about ICE picking on Denis Guillen-Solis, 30, a poor, innocent illegal who was merely seeking medical attention, know this: the illegal was working as a landscaper (gee, imagine that!) and he fled into the medical building in an attempt to flee accountability.
The fact that these people would obstruct justice in an effort to, in their view, protect an illegal should make anyone sick. No true American would ever assist, protect or defend an illegal. Doing so should be a crime and as it turns out, people are about to find out the hard way that crime doesn’t pay.
The medical workers tried every dirty trick in the book, even whining about a warrant, or lack thereof. Me? I don’t require a warrant. If ICE shows up at my work or church, I’m holding the door wide open and I won’t give a damn, not a single one, about a warrant.
Anyway, United States Attorney Bill Essayli released a statement today that, in part, said:
‘This story is another example of a false narrative echoed in the media in furtherance of an agenda to delegitimize federal agents.
The illegal alien arrested inside the surgery center was not a patient. He ran inside for cover and these defendants attempted to block his apprehension by assaulting our agents.
It doesn’t matter who you are or where you work, if you assault our agents or otherwise interfere with our operations, you will be arrested and charged with a federal crime.”
The Justice Department stated that Jose de Jesus Ortega, 38, and Danielle Nadine Davila, 33, have been charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding federal agents. That is as it should be, folks. Ortega has been arrested and will hopefully be jailed with no bail.
The department pointed out in their allegations that ICE agents were allegedly assaulted by the slimeballs at the clinic. Well, they may have won that small battle, but the federal government is going to win the war by making an example out of them. And they have no one to blame but themselves!
As for Davila, she’s in the wind, fleeing like a coward from accountability. Sooner or later, however, justice will catch up to her.
Hopefully, both of them are convicted and spend at least ten years in federal prison. That would send a message loud and clear: if you in any way aid an illegal, you’re going to prison. That would really shake things up!
Video footage shows the clinic’s employees telling ICE agents to leave. Yeah, that didn’t quite work out as well for them as they thought. What they should have done is what any true patriot would do: step aside and let ICE take the filthy illegal away like the illegal pond scum that he is.
Again, Guillen-Solis is no victim. ICE wasn’t even targeting him. They merely stopped him to ask some simple questions and he did the only thing that illegals do: he ran. Remember, he slithered into our country illegally, so he should enjoy no rights, no protection and no relief whatsoever.
All I can say to ICE is: keep ’em coming!
