Frequent visitors know that I am fond of two things: President Donald Trump, our finest president ever, and ICE. It seems that one thing is an every day occurrence: ICE always wins. They always nab the illegals and they send those illegals away to be booted out of our fine country.
Well, another wonderful thing has happened, although it more involved civilian law enforcement than it did ICE agents themselves. An anti-ICE protestor decided to play stupid games. He won stupid prizes. It happened in Cincinnati.
It seems that the protestor was part of a greater effort to block access to a major bridge. Video footage shows law enforcement officers giving the protestor a well-deserved beatdown. If he’d just stayed home he would have been fine. However, protesting comes with a terrible price tag.
People who tried to interfere were also met with physical consequences. Again, you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
I predict that, in the end, the officer will be cleared and that the protestor will experience some serious long-lasting consequences.
Yes, yes, you can peacefully protest, but protesting has severe consequences. Seeing that guy get a beatdown made my Sunday.
