A good reason to be enraged

During the shutdown of the federal government, I supported the air traffic controllers who refused to come to work because they weren’t getting paid.  Hey, if I was told I wasn’t going to be getting a paycheck, I wouldn’t come back until I did.  Many of the controllers did just that, and for that, they should not be punished.

Well, they are being punished.  That’s because the Associated Press is reporting that those controllers who worked all of their scheduled days during the shutdown will be getting a $10,000 bonus.  This move by the FAA is petty and vindictive and shows just how little they value their controllers.
