Today in 1945, the United States gave Japan a love tap. It was on that day that Hiroshima was nuked almost out of existence. That nuking was far less than the country and its people deserved. If anything, Hiroshima got off light.
No, we can’t feel sorry for those awful people. Given what they did to our country, we should have nuked the entire country. People of a certain generation still call them “the Japs,” and that’s an apt title. Remember what they did to us and respect what we did to them.
