What rational adult believes this junk?

Everyone with a brain knows that Earth is the only planet that is populated.  That’s absolutely not up for debate.  It’s also not up for debate that any adult who even for a second thinks that there is life elsewhere should be permanently locked away in an insane asylum.

Unfortunately, some adults do believe such garbage and unfortunately, at least one of them is a supposed scientist.  Yes, a scientist who is associated with Harvard University seems to think that there’s an alien spacecraft headed for us and that its occupants seek to do us harm.

Professor Avi Loeb, who in my opinion should not be teaching anyone anything, claims that a comet known as 3I/ATLAS is really a spacecraft full of alien beings who plan on ending our planet in December.  He claims that its path is too advanced to be random.

Daily Mail is reporting that, “Loeb explained that 3I/ATLAS’s course is so rare the chance of a natural space rock randomly flying along that path is less than 0.005 percent.”

Loeb, who in my opinion is yet another deranged lunatic who thinks that aliens exist, is obviously using the prestige associated with Harvard to scare the stupid and entertain the enlightened. Again, no rational adult believes for even a second that life exists elsewhere.

In a study released by Loeb and like-minded idiots, it is stated that:

“The consequences…could potentially be dire for humanity, and would possibly require defensive measures to be undertaken (though these might prove futile),’ Loeb and his team warned in their new study.”

Wow.  It’s my belief that anyone involved in coming up with this pap should be locked away for the safety of humanity.  There’s no need to take any sort of measures because there’s absolutely nothing or no one who could possibly do us harm.

Loeb’s no stranger to sounding the alien alarm.  In 2021, he claimed that Oumuamua was an alien probe.  He was clearly wrong then, because here we are today with no alien beings visiting us.  He was wrong then, so why would he be right now, not withstanding the fact that aliens don’t exist?

Oumuamua was apparently the first interstellar object to travel through our solar system.  Fine.  I can buy that.  What I can’t buy is Loeb’s claim that that object was an alien probe of some sort.  We all know that of course it was not an alien probe because, as reasonable adults know, aliens simply do not exist.

Loeb has called for an “open-minded and unprejudiced perspective.”  Yeah, well, he would. Quoting from his little study, which is conveniently not peer-reviewed (because no “peer” would risk his or her reputation on this junk) states:

“Nevertheless, when viewed from an open-minded and unprejudiced perspective, these investigations have revealed many compelling insights into the possibility that 3I/ATLAS is technological, and moreover the calculations presented here are useful even if the interstellar object ends up being a comet like 2I/Borisov because they could be applied to future detections [sic] of interstellar objects by the Vera C. Rubin observatory over the coming decade.”

I really don’t think that any peer will stick their neck out for Loeb.  In fact, his claims have been doubted and even mocked in the past.  Gee, I wonder why!

When someone uses the term “open-minded,” they’re basically claiming that anyone who doesn’t believe them is closed-minded, when in reality that person is a reasonable, rational person who doesn’t believe in fairy tales.

Oh, and Loeb might also be playing the “open-minded” card to intimidate people into walking in lockstep with his views.  After all, no one wants to be known as being closed-minded, so naturally the only way to deal with people with intelligence is to scare them into belief.

There is absolutely no possibility of anything other than this being a natural space object with no living beings controlling it.  As many educated people have already said, it is nothing more than a naturally-occurring comet.  Nothing less, nothing more.  Not even up for debate.

I don’t believe that either of Loeb’s objects were piloted by aliens.  I guess that makes me “closed-minded,” when I’m actually being, you know, rational.  It’s my belief that Loeb is an irrational and dangerous person.  No true scientist would give alien life even one second’s thought.

The only reason I’m even writing this article is to show you that just because you teach at Harvard, that doesn’t mean you actually have a brain.  It’s the people who have brains who know that aliens don’t exist.

I can’t tell you why ostensibly educated people are making such ridiculous, impossible claims.  Maybe Loeb wants the world to think he’s an idiot.  That’s the only reason I can come up with that explains why this guy is willing to make a jackass out of himself in front of the entire world, the only world with life on it.

Supporting my claim of his idiocy is the fact that he posted his cell phone number on his Harvard biography.  It’s almost as if he gets off on being mocked, because he will be getting a lot of calls reminding him that he should return any degrees that he’s earned and go work at McDonald’s like a sucker.

A word of caution here: Loeb is a Jew.  I only point that out to make it known that he will likely weaponize his Jewishness by saying that anyone who disagrees with him is anti semitic.  That’s what those people do, after all.

While we’re on the topic of religion, I would point out that most Catholics, myself included, scoff at the notion that God placed life elsewhere.  I would point to the very beginning of the bible.  There we learn that God made earth.  Full stop.  Singular.  End of discussion.

I don’t know about you, but I for one will not be worrying about December.  I can assure you that no one’s going to attack us, because there is no one to set an attack in motion in the first place.
