Bad news for her, good news for us

Yesterday, I posted an article about one Ximena Arias-Cristobal (seen left, courtesy Whitfield Sheriff’s Office), 19, a Georgia college student and, more to the point, an illegal who was pulled over for an alleged traffic violation on May 5th and then taken into custody by ICE.  The funny part is that the traffic stop was dirty.  Police pulled her over because the vehicle that she was operating looked like the actual offending vehicle.

The police saw their error and paperwork was done to clear her after the fact and after her being taken into custody.  The stop being dirty is funny because she is still in custody and is in the process of being sent home.  And to add to the hilarity, her father, also an illegal, is in custody at the very same facility.

This girl got the royal treatment: she was chained by her wrists and ankles, just like the criminal that she is.  She deserved it and I’m glad that that happened to her.  And just look at the mug shot.  Look how sad she is.  As an illegal, she deserves every bit of misery that comes her illegal way.

There’s even more amusing news: her mother will likely be arrested and deported.  The whole family is going to be removed from our fine country, even with the humorous error by law enforcement.  Of course, some people are whining about due process and her precious rights, but here’s the thing: she’s an illegal.

The fact that she’s an illegal who is stealing the American way of life that belongs solely to Americans means she should not have any form of due process nor should she have rights.  Due process and rights belong to Americans and Americans alone.

Thankfully, the law enforcement agency that arrested her cooperates fully with ICE and that is how she wound up in federal custody.  All law enforcement agencies in every American city and state should absolutely open their doors to ICE in a justified effort to remove illegals wherever they may be.

I fully support removing illegals after finding them anywhere, whether that be a church, a school, a hospital, a courthouse or wherever else.  All’s fair game when it comes down to ridding our fine nation of people who simply do not belong here.

Lest you think I’m being cruel, please remember that there’s a reason that they’re called illegals.  They came into this country without playing by the rules.  I get that, with the exception of Native Americans, we are all descendants of immigrants.  That goes without saying.

But here’s the thing: the vast majority of immigrants came here legally. Most of them continue to do so even to this day.  Now, I’ve done my genealogy going back to the 13th century and my ancestors on both sides came here legally, most of them through Ellis Island.

Most of our ancestors played by the rules, the rules that this arrogant illegal and her family maliciously (in my opinion) ignored.  That is my problem with illegals.  If they simply played by the rules, I’d welcome them with figurative open arms.

As for Arias-Cristobal, the specific charges that she was arrested for were operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and for failure to observe traffic control devices.  These are very serious things that mandate immediate action by law enforcement officers.

Why?  Well…duh.

If in fact she doesn’t have a license, she probably doesn’t know how to drive safely and that puts innocent people in peril.  The same reasoning goes for failure to come to a halt for a stop sign or a red light.  She could have severely injured someone.  She could have killed someone.  She could have wrecked someone’s vehicle through no fault of their own.

Arias-Cristobal apparently tried to sell cops the story that she has an international driver’s license, but conveniently, she did not have it in her possession.  However, it’s possible that she really does have one, though the cops could have verified that on the scene.

The story goes that she truly believed that she was driving legally.  The news articles don’t confirm this one way or another, but I’m in a good mood today, so I’ll cautiously buy the story that she has an international license given that as an illegal, she can’t obtain a Georgian license.

Brushing the license issue away, we still have before us the issue of her refusal to obey traffic signals and devices.  Again, that offense definitely puts people at risk.  People who, you know, play by the rules and have a domestic license.  But as an illegal, she clearly feels that our laws don’t apply to her.  It’s that dangerous mindset that demands her immediate and permanent removal from these, the great United States of America.

It appears to me that almost everything about this girl is illegal.  Her presence is illegal.  Her traffic offenses are illegal. I’m sure there are other illegal things that she’s doing that she hasn’t been held accountable for.  She needs to go, for the sake of the innocent people on the roads that might be victimized by her and her belief that she doesn’t need to follow our laws.

All the trouble that she’s now in is certainly bad news for her, but assuming that she is successfully deported, it will be good news for us all.
