Eliminate Support for LGBT

One of Albany’s many problems is its official support for LGBT causes.  It’s nothing personal.  It has nothing to do with bigotry.  The LGBT causes create a lot of controversy and as mayor, I won’t allow that controversy to invade Albany.

Under my leadership, Albany would become more moral and would cease that support.  One of the best ways we can do that is to paint over the LGBT flag on Lark Street.  This is the right thing to do. I will do that on Day One.

There are at least two pro-LGBT organizations operating within our city limits.  I can’t do anything to stop them.  But I can attempt to give them an incentive or two to move out.  Specifically, I will impose a 25% morality tax upon them. That should get their attention.

I can’t stop LGBT events in, say, Washington Park, but I can impose that morals tax upon them if they seek to hold rallies and such while on city property.

Under my leadership, Albany would take away their microphone, and it would make Albany a city with morals.  As it stands now, we are immoral because we support LGBT causes.  Give me the mayor’s office and I will take away the shame that comes with being LGBT-friendly.
