Hannah Dugan: Still a piece of shit!

Last year, I told you about the Dishonorable Hannah Dugan, a judge who actually went out of her way to help an illegal slip out the courtroom’s jury door to freedom and away from waiting ICE agents.  I call what she did treason, and as such, she should have been given the death penalty.  Firing squad for traitors, still, right?

Her little stunt cost her her career, and she did it all for naught: the illegal was caught and deported anyway.  She threw her pathetic, illegal-assisting life away and all over absolutely nothing.  She finally faced accountability: she will pay a fine but will do no prison time, when, if we’re not going to execute her for treason, she should go in for thirty to forty years with no chance of parole.  But no, she got a sweetheart sentencing.

The vile judge who sentenced her said, “for several reasons, prison is not necessary to satisfy the statutory purposes for sentencing.”   Yes, Your Dishonor, yes it is.  A message needs to be sent: help an illegal, go to prison.  I wouldn’t even help an illegal’s child by giving CPR.  I sure as hell would never assist an illegal in any way.  Sadly, both of these scumbags think that what happened is somehow okay.

Thankfully, the prosecution plans to appeal.  It is my hope that, one way or another, Dugan never sees the light of day again as punishment for a deed that I find more disgusting than child molestation, which in and of itself is of course disgusting.  But helping an illegal is even worse than that.

Time will tell, of course, but it is my hope that she is thrown into prison, a place where she will hopefully be attacked, in every sense of the word, every day by her fellow inmates for assisting an illegal.  Justice cries out for nothing less.
